Session set-up (90 minutes):

• Parallel sessions with discussants (PSD) have 2 or 3 papers. For each paper, allow 20 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 15 minutes for audience discussion.
• Parallel sessions (PS) have 3 papers. For each paper, allow 20 minutes for presentation, and 10 minutes for audience discussion.
• Research forum sessions (RF) have 5 papers at maximum. For each paper, allow 10 minutes for presentation, and 6-8 minutes for audience discussion.

Note that congress presentation computers run on Office 2016. We recommend you to bring your presentation with you on a USB stick as you will not be able to download it to the Congress presentation computers from webmail or cloud services.

We advise you to prepare your presentation in MS Powerpoint and save it as a Powerpoint 97-2003 file. Presentations prepared on cloud-based or on open-source software should be saved as or converted to Powerpoint 97-2003 presentations. Note that Adobe Acrobat Reader is also installed, so presentations saved in Adobe Acrobat are fine too.

Please bring your presentation to the session room 10-15 minutes before your session starts to test it on the local computer. Presentations that require the use of sound, video, and/or animation should be tested in the session room, if possible 20-25 minutes before your session starts. In case of any technical difficulties, please notify our local support staff.
